I will be expecting to see the pair offer a short entry at/above our upper channel. Friday, the pair just missed a long entry, at the lower channel, and now has momentum to push higher and possibly into our pending short trigger of $4.25 or so. Let’s take a closer look at the technicals below.
Technically speaking, the pair now has excellent correlation 0.91, and the expected range of travel is about 1.0+ to 1.15+ above the 10 SMA. The RSI Wilder is strong at 77.3 and will climb to values of 90 to 95, as our pair pushes into resistance of $4.25 or so. I have put the pair in the pending trade set-ups and will feature as “Pair Of The Day” in the next trading day’s edition of “ShadowTraderPro Pairs Trader” posted daily at “MyTrade”.. ; )
