Intuitive Surgical (ISRG) – Long
Entry – 357.00-355.00
Stop – 351.50
Target – 400.00
Six weeks ago, ISRG stalled at the round number of 400.00. It has spent the last three weeks trading back lower. ISRG is now within range of meeting the ascending trendline that originates from the beginning of 2017.
For all intents and purposes, this would be the first test of the trendline which has a higher probability of reversing back higher. Given the entry and stop levels this setup provides, there is an excellent reward to risk ratio targeting a move back to the mid of the pullback, let along a retest of prior highs at 400.00.
