Today we will be looking at two of the most popular weed stocks in the market – Canopy Growth Corp and Aurora, and we’re going to find out which of these two is the better investment.
Looking at the facts:
Canopy – traded as CGC – has a 10B cap
Aurora traded as ACBFF has a 6.5B cap
A major difference though is that CGC is traded on the NYSE, but ACB is traded Over the counter – so this could raise suspicion for some investors.
CGC brought in 78M is revenue last year
ACB brought in a measly 18M
Again Canopy has the bigger figure. That being said, both are still not profitable and continue to lose money – despite the lofty multi-billion dollar $ valuation.
I also go over what Analysts think on this stock and what the charts look like. Also note that CGC also has constellation brands as an investor – who owns almost 40% of the company now – so this should tell you which company they think will be #1 in this space. Aurora doesn’t have any notable companies that hold a large stake in the company currently
